Online / Virtual Divorce

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, and resulting Shelter in Place Orders, courts have had to change the way they handle certain matters. If you are wanting to get divorced, you don't have to wait for the Shelter in Place order to be lifted before proceeding.

If you and your partner have agreed to the terms of your divorce (property, child support, custody) our office can file the appropriate paperwork to start your divorce, prepare an Agreed Final Decree of Divorce based on your agreement, and then submit that Agreed Final Decree of Divorce along with an affidavit to the court for the Judge's signature. You do not have to go to court to finalize the divorce.

This new development reduces the cost of the divorce since we are not charging for court time, etc.

If you are interested in this program, please make an appointment for a phone or ZOOM video consultation. We can handle all communication via email / phone/ ZOOM and can send all documents for electronic signature to both parties. We also have an Online Notary Public so you truly never need to leave your home.
